Refund policy

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange for an eligible item purchased online, please contact us at emmandidesigns@gmail.com. Shipping charges may apply to your replacement order.

Once your exchange is received, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
